Play Therapy

What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy is a specialized therapeutic approach that uses play as a natural way for children to express their feelings, process experiences, and develop coping skills. Through guided play, children can work through challenges, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. This safe and supportive environment helps them explore their emotions at their own pace.

Who Can Benefit?
Play Therapy is especially effective for children ages 3-12 who may be struggling with anxiety, behavioural challenges, trauma, or difficulties in social interactions. It is also beneficial for children facing major life changes, such as family transitions, school difficulties, or grief. The sessions are tailored to each child's unique needs, providing them with the tools to navigate their world more confidently.
